On February 5, 2018, Vida Guidance Center became part of the Urban Health Plan family. It is Urban Health Plan’s first Article 31 Behavioral Health Center and is dedicated to expanding access of mental health services and case management to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Our outpatient mental health clinic provides the following:
- Individual and group counseling for children (5 years old and older), teens, and adults
- Family & Couples Counseling
- Medication Management
We offer a variety of therapeutic services for life challenges, relationship issues, loss of a loved one, behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, attention disorders, and other mental illnesses.
No appointments are needed. You can be seen on the same day.
Vida Guidance also provides services to patients at St. Vincent De Paul Rehabilitation Center in the Bronx.
