Yes, our Physical Therapy Team at Plaza Del Castillo Health Center accepts external referrals
We treat patients 9 years old and over.
Treatment sessions typically last 60 minutes per visit.
UHP Accepts Most Insurance- Call us to confirm, and we will let you know if your plan requires pre-authorization. We also accept Self-pay patients.
The UHP Physical Therapy Team treats:
• Pre and post-op surgeries (ex, shoulder, hip, and knee replacements, arthroscopic surgery, open reduction internal fixation surgeries)
• Orthopedic and neurological problems
• Musculoskeletal injuries, including sports and athletic injuries.
• Arthritis
