Urban Health Plan opens St. Lawrence Community Health Center in the Bronx
Residents of the 10472 zip code now have access to affordable, quality health care, with the opening of the St. Lawrence Community Health Center at 1764 Westchester Avenue (corner of St. Lawrence Avenue) in the Bronx. The center celebrated its official ribbon cutting on February 15, 2013.
UHP opens Adolescent Health and Wellness Center
The Adolescent Health and Wellness Center at Urban Health Plan, located at 960 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx, celebrated its official ribbon cutting on Friday, February 8, 2013. The center provides comprehensive primary care to teens and young adults.
